We are Claire and Wahyd, the new owners of Caravansérail (formerly Domayne Les Rues), a charming guest house and cottage nestled in the heart of Corrèze, between Sarlat and the Gimel waterfalls. Passionate about meeting new people and the art of good living, we welcome you to this 17th-century building, transformed into a bohemian haven of peace by the previous owners. We are proud to take over and continue their tradition of warm and familial hospitality.

We both come from different regions (Poitiers, Paris, Le Doubs) and love to travel - whenever we could, we would set off with our camper van, which we also rent out. Our life and professional paths have led us to this magnificent place, designed to be shared. Like the caravanserais of the Middle East, we want to make it a place where people from all walks of life can meet, share, rest, and find refuge from the fast-paced modern life. This house, surrounded by vigorous and tranquil nature, provides an exceptional setting for this project.
